Files saved using later Editor or console versions cannot be loaded into earlier versions.

Use the Editor with the supported firmware listed in the following compatibility list.

For Mac with an older OS unsupported by this version, use V3.5.4-3 of the M7CL Editor, in combination with Studio Manager V2 Host V2.3.5-2.

Specify both Input and Output ports to allow communication with the console.

After starting the editor, the MIDI port names will appear in the Input Port and Output Port drop-down menu in the System Setup window.

Add the connected devices to “Yamaha Network-MIDI” on the System Preferences as in the previous versions.

It can be launched directly without needing Studio Manager.

By installing this version, this editor will be stored in the “Applications” folder as an independent application.

Be sure to use the latest version, which can be downloaded from this site.

The M7CL Editor V3.6.0 is for use with Network-MIDI Driver V1.2.4 or newer.

This version will run without the need to install Studio Manager.
